These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the

1. Limited License of Use

6. Permit facility owners, administrators, providers, or staff who have not purchased a license to view or use Course content.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All Course materials are the exclusive property of Therapy Insight Solutions and protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
• Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.
• The

4. Certification Restrictions

• Certificates of completion/competency are issued only to the individual purchaser who completes the Course.
• Certificates may not be transferred, duplicated, or issued in bulk for facilities.
• Therapy Insight Solutions reserves the right to verify certificate authenticity with employers, auditors, and regulators.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

• Therapy Insight Solutions reserves the right to monitor logins and usage activity for signs of account sharing.
• If unauthorized use is detected, Therapy Insight Solutions may immediately suspend or terminate access without refund.
• Company will pursue DMCA takedowns, injunctions, and claims for damages against any individual or organization that reproduces, shares, or incorporates Course content into internal training.

6. Legal Remedies & Penalties

By agreeing to these Terms, the User acknowledges that:

• Any unauthorized use of Course content may cause irreparable harm to Therapy Insight Solutions
• Company is entitled to seek injunctive relief, monetary damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs for any violation.
• Company may also notify professional licensing boards, employers, or regulatory agencies of misuse where appropriate.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• The Course is for educational purposes only. Learners are responsible for applying skills in compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Venue for any dispute shall be the courts of Pinellas County/Florida.
